    Alpina Savoie is a SME which was established in the French Alps more than 170 years ago. Mountain is our story, mountain is our values. Since 1844, we work in the respect of a local know-how with exigency, sincerity and generosity. The uniqueness of Alpina Savoie relies on the creation in 1997 of a 100% high quality French durum wheat channel. We are then today the only player in the dry pasta market to produce our pastas in France with durum wheat from national growers. We work with our partners in the framework of continuous improvement process with a strong focus on traceability, quality, environmental and health impact.

    ALPINA SAVOIE introduces its new range of pasta the “Clever Pasta" that are rehydratable in cold water.

    Thanks to its unique manufacturing process, this range of high quality pasta makes life easier in the kitchen and encourages creativity; you can simply rehydrated them in cold water, juice or broth.

    - A simplified process that starts a day before in a tray: 1 volume of pasta for one volume of water during 12 hours in cold storage.
    - Time saving and efficiency for teams that are available for other tasks on the day of service
    - Energy and water savings: no more boiling, no more draining or loss of product in the sink
    - A beautiful room for creativity: “Clever pasta” are rehydratable in water but also juices (tomato, parsley ...) or broths for varying tastes and colors.
    - Consume cold as a salad or hot after reheating.

    Alpina Savoie is committed to preserving the farming of French durum wheat and a more equitable pay for producers. More than 60 French farmers have partnered with Alpina Savoie to produce high quality wheat following unique specifications, respectful of biodiversity, ecosystems.

    Clever pasta from Alpina is the first range of pasta from a high quality wheat sector (or channel) which rehydrates directly in the tray by a cold water absorption process. More time, more energy, more creativity: the best solution to reduce waste!
