    Our family company has been making foie gras, terrines, vegetables spreadables and French specialties for 3 generations, with the priority given to quality and home made know-how. Ducs de Gascogne is also the leader of gastronomic gifts hampers. Our products with the brand “DUCS DE GASCOGNE” are available in delicatessen and retail stores. Brands “Jean de Veyrac” and “Canardie” are distributed in supermarkets.  As we are IFS high level certified, we are also able to offer you our products under private label. Ducs de Gascogne is now exporting to more than 30 countries under our brands or under private labels.

    The spreads : Inspired by the new trend of snacking, the "Tostades" constitute the beginnings of a range of vegetable spreads, with a texture like guacamole. Their philosophie is simple : pleasure, freshness, creativity and flavor.

    Vegetable purée is a classic of french cuisine. It can be served with lot of vegetables, meat and fish all year long.Our original recipes, combine duo of vegetables with a point of herbs or spices. The secret of this smoothness?The fresh cream, of course!

    Vegetable cream : "really surprising, both exotics and a little rustics, our vegetables creams will truly tempt your taste buds".

  • Our Foie Gras

    Our core business is to prepare the noblest and the most demanding whole foie gras. 

    IGP certified and winner of several medals at the annual agricultural show, it is available under different formats :

    - from 45 to 300g in tin box;

    -from 140 to 470g for the semi-cooked range.

    For its preparation, we strictly follow 4 important points :

    - a strict selection of our raw materials (the homogeneity, the softness and the visual espect are conscientiously checked to guarantee an excellent foie gras);

    - an extreme freshness (the foie gras are cooked less than 24 hours after the duck slaughter to maintain their flavours);

    - a traditional savoir-faire (with a manual derinding);

    - a product without additives and preservatives.

    Some of our products are containing foie gras, such as Duck terrine "à la Royale"(20% foie gras), duck meat "à la Royale"(44% foie gras), duck rillettes "à la Royale"(20% foie gras).
