PAM has been producing innovating, high quality frozen ready-to-cook meals for more than 20 years in its up-to-date facility. We supply catering industry, home delivery service, food distributors under their own brand. All our products are developed in collaboration with our clients and our R&D department managed by a MOF (Meilleur Ouvrier de France). PAM, certified IFS, offers you industrial flexibility, adapted to your requirements. Our Products Ranges Stuffed scallop shell We stuffed the own scallop shell with scallop prepared with Champagne… Puff pastry snacks We filled with cheese, salmon… a traditional puff pastry made with pure quality butter AOP*. Stuffed Scallop
Presented in its own shell or in a ceramic tray, this range offers a large choice of tastes. The scallop meat can be cooked with different trimmings.

Les Toqués Bio
Les Toqués Bio : Pam lance une gamme de plats cuisinés Bio.
Pam, PME morbihannaise, lance une nouvelle gamme de six plats cuisinés Bio, Les Toqués Bio. Ces spécialités culinaires sont élaborées à partir de matières premières Bio soigneusement sélectionnées parmi l’abondance des ressources agricoles et maritimes.
L’une d’entre elles, la tarte fine courgettes ricotta vient notamment d’être récompensée du prix Saveurs 2016 attribué dans le cadre du concours Isogone organisé par les élèves-ingénieurs de l’Agrocampus de Rennes. Ce concours récompense chaque année les entreprises agroalimentaires bretonnes dans leur démarche d’innovation. La tarte fine courgettes ricotta élaborée par Pam a séduit par son goût et son association de saveurs : le croustillant d’un feuilletage traditionnel associé au fondant de la courgette et à la fraîcheur de la menthe.
