  • The pâtés “Les Vieilles conserves d’autrefois”

    Prepared with first choice ingredients and following traditional recipes from the South-West land, these pates recipes are really authentic. Free from artificial flavor, coloring or conservatives, this range of pâtés is close from the old-fashioned “made home” pâtés.

     

    Besides, like the home made pates, the fat says visible as there is no additive to fix it in the preparation.

     

    Today, You can find more than 10 references : Pâtés with ceps, with chestnuts, with shallots, with Espelette pepper, farmer’s pate, Duck pate with orange, Sunday’s Foie gras pate, grape harvester pâtés, Marmande pâtés, Duck grattons and the very last pâté made from smoked Duck Magret.

    Lucien Georgelin proposes a very wide range of jams and fruit preparation : 100 % from fruit, 65 % of fruit, with or without sugar, diet jam, extra jam (8 times awarded at the "Concours Général Agricole de Paris"), organic range … More than 200 flavors to be discovered, valuing fruits from French country side (apricot from Roussillon, plum from Agen, mirabelle plum from Lorraine, lemon from Menton, …) or from far away: pineapple Kiwi, mango-passion …

    Lucien Georgelin puts the spotlights on Lot-et-Garonne and more particularly Marmande with its famous tomatoes.     They are prepared with fruits pulp for a real taste of fruit and a very pleasant softness in the mouth. The whole without addition of aromas, conservatives or coloring agents, what is rather rare on the market of fruit jelly. Very rich in fruit (they are prepared with + than 58 % of fruits among which half is constituted by The flavor) they are particularly flavorful and it makes all the difference The dark color of these fruit jellies is the best proof of their wealth in fruits.
