    Our independent cooperative is respectful of the expertise of the past. We collect our 100% GMO-free milk every 48 hours from our 120 members located within a 30km radius around our dairy. This proximity guarantees our raw milk freshness and the quality of our products. Our Echiré butter is made with a teak churn. An ancestral manufacture that our cooperative has been able to keep since 1894. Our Sèvre & Belle and Atelier de la Sèvre cheeses are made with slowly matured milks. They are further ladle-moulded and salted before being slowly refined by our master cheesemakers in a drying room.
